Leading as the coordinator for the electrical maintenance group within the distribution team, managing and overseeing the execution of all electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient operation and providing strategic direction to ensure optimal performance and safety of the distributionsystems. • Developing strategies and overseeing operational planning for preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the FGP Power operations, ensuring reliability and safety across all systems. • Coordinating the integration of key power generation and distribution systems, managing the transition from system assembly to full operational integration. • Ensuring collaboration with systems completion teams, actively participating in Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Startup (RFSU) walkdowns, and maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to deadlines. • Leading winterization preparation, coordinating technical teams and ensuring readiness for seasonal demands and operations. • Participating in Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) walkdowns, ensuring alignment with technical documentation and safety protocols. • Automating reporting and data presentation processes using JDE, Excel and Power BI, streamlining decision-making and operational efficiency. • Planning and coordinating equipment acceptance, from Mechanical Completion (MC) to Ready for Operations (RFO), utilizing the JDE-E1 system. • Organizing vendor training sessions for electrical engineers, ensuring up-to- date knowledge on new technologies and equipment. • Supporting the Management of Change (MOC) process by conducting functional tests, verifying changes, and updating related documentation. • Assisting in the commissioning of new electrical systems, developing operation manuals, and creating safe switching procedures for new facilities. • Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, particularly SI-118 Electrical Safe Work Practices, during the commissioning of new equipment. • Supporting plant operation and maintenance teams by addressing diverse questions and tasks. • Contributing to the development of electrical equipment operation manuals for new projects, along with standard operating instructions and electrical switching protocols for new facilities. • Furnishing technical documentation, drawings, and diagrams to the Engineering and Construction groups pertaining to the current electrical installations and equipment managed by TCO Power System Operations.

• Identification specific risks associated with execution of planned activities, I/O scheduling. • Coordinating with and providing Workface construction knowledges to project planers, coordinators, managers • Preparing IWP and determining required activities, resources, construction materials,specific condition, quality control, risk planning. • Reviewing AWE,CWE, RWE, CWP, IWP and other project control activties with project supervision to ensure complete understanding of the scope of work and daily&weekly activities. • Ensuring constraint-free IWP's are made available to the field via cross-functional communication& coordination. • Coordinating of a IWP execution with field supervisions and construction engineers & managers • Identifying and creating material matrix lists for the requiring work type activities as per GOST, SNIP and standards requirements of the client. • supervision of the client&company supply materials to ensure correct scope of work requirements materials • Recording and planning man hours, actual equipment hours and actual quantities during execution of work activties. • Modifying, reviewing or adjusting IWP as necessary. • Conversant with process activities, E&I/ F&G/ Telecomm philosophy/specifications and with different type of instruments. Producing sequencing Job activities, test & inspection matrices and compile Work Packs which detail all construction activities such identifications as scope of work, Trade, Tools, Equipments, ManHours, Materials, drawings or scope/contract responsibilities and other activities/issuies which can be meet for the activities e.t.c • Identify any special vendors drawing. (SIEMENS, WASCO, GE and e.t.c) • Reviewing and using such drawings as: P&ID, Mechanical & Electrical isometries, Single line diagrams, Panel termination drawings, Block and Interconnection diagrams, Schematic and Wiring drawings, telecomm drawings, Loop drawings, BOM, manuals and procedures. Also vendors drawings as well (Siemens, Wasco, GE, schneider electric and e.t.c) • Reviewing and preparing such work activities as installation and grounding of the 110KV Gantry, HV-MV-LV distrubution boards, GIS bay's, Transformer (Oil&Harmonic types), Main grid systems and other E//Telecom equipment installation accessories which should be done to full completion e.t.c which relates to the E/\/Telecom philosophy of the Oil&Gas industry. • Reviewing and preparing full instalation works of the Electrical,Instrumentation and telecom systems.

•Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements •Preparation full detailed description of the work required to be carried out from a given scope of work and specifications. •Allocate into Work Packs all site activities that need to be considered, Destruct, installation, inspection, site testing and commissioning and any specialists vendors works; •Preparation method statements, job cards with hours and covering all jobs personnel employed for the tasks, and final acceptance sheets; •Preparation/work of the P&ID – Piping and Instrumentation Diagram; PFD – Process Flow Diagram; Single Lien Diagram; JB, Panel, Substation Layouts; ISO of the Heat Tracings, Pipings, Hook Up, Loop drawings, Cause effect drawings Making correction by the last revision. •Constructability Reviews and similar sessions as required. •Provided assistance to Construction team members as required during survey and execution phases of the work. •Monitoring and daily analysis about work progress •Participating in the calibration, loop check, Electrical (Mineral, Self-regulating) Heat Tracing installation •Interfaced with planning team to ensure all tasks within workpack. •Co-operated with various departments like Engineering (who provides working drawings), Procurement (who buys materials), Contracts (who awards contracts & raise any issues with the client), quality (who maintains) & Commissioning Departments quired. •Participating in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required
