• Provide leadership development support to middle level management, Business Partners IIF Specialists, and workforce in accordance with IIF principles • Conducting IIF trainings: - PIC Leadership Skills Workshop for PICs/ Supervisors; - Coaching IIF in Action training for WRPs /Foremen and HES Field Specialists - Living IIF in Action training for workforce • Promotion of the IIF Champions Program: - Facilitate discussions and provide guidance at IIF Champions meetings - Conduct fit for purpose workshops for IIF Champions as part of their development

- To prepare Quarterly plan according to FGP IIF plan. - Verify required Contractor personnel are signed up and complete IIF trainings; - Recording and tracking of activities - Attend weekly IIF Team meeting

- Be the direct line of communication for IIF between FGP & Business Partner; - To prepare Weekly plan according to FGP IIF plan. -Coordinate workshop logistics; -Support IIF Activity Campaigns; - Verify required Contractor personnel are signed up and complete IIF trainings; - Supervision and management of IIF Specialists and IIF Champions - Recording and tracking of activities - To plan and arrange Area OEILT meetings

1. Mobilization on the Future Growth Project 1.1. Participation in the preparation of the Method Statement (MS) for loading works 1.2 Employee’s mobilization on the project 1.3. Training works at TCO required courses and special courses. 2. IIF/BBS coordinator (TCO programs) 2.1 Providing trainings for the staff about IIF principles; 2.2 Participating in the meetings about IIF introduction to the Company’s staff; 2.3 Active work with the base of BBS (monthly reports about observations results, conducting BBS interviews); 2.4 Attendee in the bi-weekly Infrastructure OEILT meetings and walkabout; 3. The interaction with the staff. 3.1. Recruiting, interviewing and receipt documents of new staff; 3.2 Introduction with orders and other industrial, administrative information; 3.3 Making crew change schedule and distribution of human resources; 3.4 Active work with Industrial relations department of TCO in the settlement of disputes regarding to the protection of workers' rights; 4. Transport coordinator 4.1 Сoncluding contracts with contractors for the lease of vehicle and equipment; 4.2 Preparation of vehicle and equipment for FGP inspection; 4.3 Preparation of vehicle pass; 4.4 Making orders for needed materials and repair parts, monthly reports regarding equipment’s work time; 5. Preparation and delivery following reports 5.1 Monthly VDO Database report; 5.2 Contractor Monthly Incident Report (TCO Form 128-8); 6.
