The Bolashak oil and gas processing plant, located 40km north-west of Atyrau in Kazakhstan. The onshore processing plant, built as part of Kashagan project (NCOC, http://ncoc.kz), process oil and gas from the offshore Kashagan oil field in the North Caspian Sea.
• Maintenance of DCS, ESD, F&G systems in Onshore Processing Facility, Onhsore Sulphur Facility;
• Implementation of changes as per eMOC:
- install new equipment, barriers, modules,
- wiring in system/marshaling cabinets,
- implementation of programs in Triconex (ESD/F&G level),
- implementation of programs in Foxboro DCS (DCS level);
• Commisioning, loop check, functional check;
• Involved for critical emergency shutdowns of facility;
• System diagnostic, troubleshooting, investigation;
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of automatic process control systems;
• Development of new graphical displays, flow charts and improvement of existing ones;
• Team work with PLC, PACO engineers;
